Close enough to my goal weight that I'm happy with it.  From this point onward, I'm not commenting on my weight unless there is something happening that week that makes it important. Ofcourse the gym scale (accurate) is 6# pounds higher.  But it's also I've had 2 meals, 2 cups of coffee and about 3 glasses of water.  Those things add up.  My choice last week was to stop carrying what that scale said.
