You Should Blog That!!

Me to Guido, Tuesday:

Someday, I will walk to the trainer's desk at the top of the hour, and you will standing their waiting like a shiny new penny. I will faint away in disbelief.


Guido to me:

So I have.

Balance disc and dome added to the core moves, plus super sets (two exercises done without a rest between them: one on a stable form, one on an exercise ball) for chest/arms. And additional weight. What a workout!
